1. How do I receive my digital product?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. If you don’t see the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.


2. I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@lumastllc.com with your order number and we’ll resend the link.


3. Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, we may offer a refund in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.


4. Can I use the digital product for commercial purposes?

Unless clearly stated, our products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not allowed without explicit permission.
